Chalet Hotels Area Manager 

Location: Within the overseas programme - France, Italy or Austria

Reports to: Hotels General Manager

As a Chalet Hotels Area Manager you are responsible for the operational running of the Chalet Hotels within your area. You will support Chalet Hotel Managers and their staff in ensuring that the standards and quality of the service provided to our guests is of the highest level, whilst ensuring that operating costs are managed. 

Skills Required for the Role

  • Knowledge of Tour Operations
  • Staff Management
  • Budget and financial supervision
  • IT Literacy including experienced user of Microsoft Office and databases
  • Sales Experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Fluency in one European language
  • Driving Licence
  • Property Management experience
  • Hr, recruitment & disciplinary experience desirable
  • Catering & hospitality preferably in a branded operation
  • Strong training experience
  • Troubleshooting experience
