We are looking for a budding chef to work in our busy restaurant catering for our golf and hotel guests, a mix between groups and adults in our stunning location facing the French Pyrenees. 

You will have the desire to progress in your cheffing career and learn from our experienced South African Chef, cooking good, healthy food for our sports, wedding, and family reunion groups, and an exciting and more sophisticated menu for our adult guests.  

Working in a professional kitchen overseas, you will be aware of the importance of minimizing wastage, complying with health and hygiene standards and catering for special dietary requirements. Our chef is well trained internationally and will help you discover the intricacies of French cuisine.

Ranging from a buffet style breakfast in the morning, a lunch menu or a la carte in the afternoon and a 3 course dining experience a la carte in the evening; you will ensure all food is cooked and presented to our high standards.

We ask a lot but we make sure we look after you.  We provide you with your travel to and from resort, accommodation, and all your meals. Whether this is part of a year out or a job you think could evolve into a career, we are there to train and support you to make sure we get great staff and you get a great season. 

Partners are welcome as you have a private apartment for you accommodation and we can find work for them is they so desire.

Essential - Level 1 Health and Hygiene, previous catering experience.

Desirable - Level 2 Health and Hygiene (Intermediate).
