Your role would be to assist the Head chef in his/her role. Usually you would be responsible for the afternoon tea, desserts and children’s dinner. Assisting in the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen area and assist the chalet person when required.
Also you will get the opportunity to learn new skills, progress in the kitchen environment and meet a variety of exciting new people, with plenty of skiing time every day.
You will have the chance to mix with our guests on an evening.
You will be provided with uniform, insurance, ski pass, accommodation, all food, performance bonus and travel to and from France.
Formal qualifications are not a must, but experience in the catering trade in essential.
