We are currently recruiting for 3 x Campsite Wardens (casual) to work on an as and when basis. Hours to be covered are 8am - 2pm and 2pm - 8pm, Monday to Sunday.Holme Pierrepont Country Park is home to the National Water Sports Centre in Nottinghamshire, one of the UK`s premier sporting venues and outdoor leisure attractions. Situated just 10 minutes away from Nottingham city centre, yet feels a world away, Holme Pierrepont Country Park is set in 270 acres of beautiful parkland.Job PurposeTo ensure all aspects of the Campsite are running smoothly, covering front line customer service in the shop and taking bookings, cleaning the facilities and carrying out garden/ maintenance tasks.Main Duties and Responsibilities;Stock taking of campsite shop. Report and fix site defects, health and safety issues. Liaise with the main centre bookings team to accommodate large events/bookings. Adhere to COSHH and manual handling procedures, wearing the correct PPE at all times. Deal with cash and PDQ transactions. Ensure that customer information is easily accessible and resolve all site queries/complaints. Essential / Desirable Skills for the role;Hold qualifications in GCSE Maths and English level C or above or equivalent is essential. Customer Service/communication (face to face and over the telephone) experience is essential. Working knowledge of IT systems/PC literate is essential. Health and Safety awareness is essential. Previous experience of working in a similar role/ environment is desirable. Ability to handle cash and maintain records. Self-motivated and organised. Ability to work alone and in a team.
