Chalet Host Role Profile Roles and responsibilities
Serving breakfast, afternoon tea, and 4-course evening meals in accordance with the set-menu plan.
Assisting the chef with food preparation as required.
Cleaning of all bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas daily as required, and a full chalet change over on a weekly basis (usually Sunday)
Undertake any additional duties that may be asked of you to ensure the smooth running of the chalet such as shopping, snow clearing, and escorting guests to ski school.
Show awareness at all times ensuring that the chalet meets health and safety requirements.
Above all else, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are achieved and maintained at all times, and ensuring that our guests have a wonderful and enjoyable week in your company.
Location and hours
We currently operate four chalets in Chatel, and you will probably be asked to work in each of them during the season.
Working hours will be approximately 7/8 hours a day 6 days a week. Flexibility will be required to ensure the demands of the guests are met.
10th December 2017 – 10th April 2018
Training will be provided pre and during the season to ensure you are comfortable in your role.
It is your responsibility to ask for additional training if you feel it is required.

500 pounds end of season bonus based on completion of the season and satisfactory performance
