We are hiring – positive, flexible, and energetic and super willing chalet personnel for the upcoming winter season. 4 stunning, 4/5-bedroom chalets in, Nendaz four Valley. Do you enjoy creating incredible food, can you promote excellent teamwork, have you worked a Ski season before, and do you like creating a truly amazing members experience?

Ski Chalet Personnel
To include and not limited to:
Member experience delivery
Proactive and interactive communication with members to ensure all queries are answered and any special requests are met at the earliest opportunity
Keep the chalet spotlessly clean at all times
Daily servicing of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, sitting and dining areas.
Responsible for chalet cleanliness and presentation
Responsible for all chalet laundry
Managing of chalet budgets with the guidance of the operations manager.
Lay the tables suitably and as trained for breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner
Provide full breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening meal 6 days a week all working to Health & Safety Food Standards.
Prepare children’s evening meals
Shop weekly to a budget, and keep accurate chalet accounts on a weekly basis, sourcing the best ingredients possible.
Be responsible for reporting overall maintenance within the chalet and managing the chalet inventory throughout the season, logging all breakages & informing of any discrepancies
Members driving, to the slopes and elsewhere when required & to always drive in a safe and respectable manner
Remove all rubbish and recycling daily
Ensure the exterior of the chalet is kept clear and tidy & work as a team to ensure all standards of service are maintained
Be personable and presentable at all times
The ideal candidate:
Chalet or private catering experience is desirable for up to 12 people
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Previous 4/5-star hands-on hospitality experience
Basic computer skills
Full clean driving license
