Chef wanted to help run the kitchen serving 2 course dinner 6 days a week. Duties to include breakfast (continental) and evening meal (2 courses) You will have responsibility for the preparation and delivery of meals. Your responsibilities will include the smooth running of the kitchen and maintaining a high standard of cooked meals. As well as the general skills related to your role you will also be expected to be part of the team helping out where necessary. You don't need to be a qualified chef although catering experience is essential, as well as a love for cooking food.
Hosts wanted for typical role involving cleaning and serving food to clients. Key responsibilities
to include: cleaning bedrooms and common areas, setting tables and serving breakfast/dinner, laundry and ironing of bedlinen and towels, helping with snow clearing and assisting other team members when needed.
