We are looking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial person to be a key member of a global, high-tech ski app venture. The fast-growing company is based in Val d’Isere and is looking for a Concierge to manage the accounts of its key clients.

It’s a rare opportunity to join an exciting new company with the potential to be an important partner.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for delivering revenue for bookings through the app
  • Ensure all customers receive an excellent experience with them, starting with the booking process and through to the service
  • You will be responsible for hitting weekly sales goals
  • You will proactively meet with all partners and their sales teams monthly at a minimum, leading to increased sales
  • Design and delivery of innovative incentives and events and visibility campaigns with Concierge partners and their sales teams to generate more sales and keep them engaged
  • Build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Set excellent customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis
  • Interact with customers on a daily basis, responding to their questions and guiding them to the appropriate service
  • Work with Marketing and Sales team to optimise revenue and customer experience goals for your clients
  • Working with the finance team and your partners to ensure seamless invoicing and accounting
  • Create and implement an effective customer loyalty program for your Concierge partner clients to ensure returning customer as well as new customer acquisition
The ideal candidate
  • A self-starter who doesn’t need hand holding
  • Superior customer experience skills
  • Exceptional at organisation and management both on the ground and remotely
  • Experience forecasting and hitting weekly/ monthly sales goals and pipeline management is a must
  • Experience driving sales teams to outcomes are preferred. You are a driven, confident and sociable individual
  • Substantial experience understanding when new processes are required and designing and implementing best processes, both internally and client-side, for the benefit of the larger organisation
  • Strong analytical and sales ability
  • An interest in technology and entrepreneurship
  • Someone with experience driving sales teams to outcomes
  • Minimum 1-2 years proven sales experience in a full-time position ideally running a concierge or sales team to a revenue goal
  • Remote team management experience desirable
  • Ideally a minimum 2:1 degree
  • French / German Language skills preferred but not necessary if sales acumen excels
