Our Chefs are based in Morzine during the summer, serving breakfast, afternoon tea and a 4 course evening meal every night of the guests holiday. Working as part of a small hosting team, you will be committed to providing the top level customer service that VIP is known for. We cannot overstate the impact our Chefs and Hosts have to the success of our business and more importantly, the enjoyment of our guests' holiday.
For our catering roles, a passion for cooking and experience working in professional kitchens is vital. You will also need to play an active role in ensuring food hygiene standards are maintained and the kitchens are kept in a safe condition at all times. Please note our chalets do not have brigade kitchens.
