Chef de Partie

Job Details

We are very proud of our professional and committed catering teams and are actively seeking Chef de Partie to come work in one of our fantastic chalet hotels in the French, Austrian or Italian Alps from December through to April. 

What do we have to offer?

Lead by the Sous and Head Chef you will be responsible for your station and will assist with food preparation, cooking and presenting dishes. You'll coordinate and manage the Commis Chefs and ensure all aspects of food preparation, cooking and presentation runs smoothly.

Catering for 50 to 160 guests you'll help provide a high standard of food including a full breakfast, homemade afternoon tea and à la carte 3 course evening meal. We work from set menus using the freshest ingredients and with a varied kitchen rota you'll have plenty of time out in the fresh air.

What are we looking for?

We want skilled individuals looking to take their passion of cooking to the slopes where fresh new challenges await. Perfect your skills in the kitchen whilst learning or improving your skiing or snowboarding techniques.

This is a great role for career minded individuals looking to progress and enables you to further develop your skills in a fun and adventurous surrounding.

Qualifications and Experience

Ideally, you'll have a one years' experience in the role of Chef de Partie, health and safety food hygiene certificates, first-rate culinary skills and a confident, professional and calm demeanour.
