Chef de Partie THE PIG on the beach

We are currently looking for a dedicated, organised Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, at one of the most exciting award-winning hotel and restaurant groups in the UK.  We can consider candidates for summer roles or permanent roles, accommodation is available.

A Chef de Partie role at THE PIG is like no other.  You will be working with a menu that is influenced by the kitchen garden and the local area which can change by the hour, it can be challenging at times but very rewarding!

As a PIG Chef de Partie you will oversee one of our 4 sections, which is likely to change so you are able to experience all sections. You will be responsible for the junior staff on the section, good people management skills are essential.
