Our Theodul Hotel, located on the Lech high street, caters up to 80 guests each week, providing excellent food and customer care. The Chef de Partie works alongside the other members of our catering team, and is responsible for the smooth running of a particular section within the kitchen on any given day. Completing daily prep lists and ensuring the kitchen is maintained in a safe condition at all times are included in the daily responsibilities for the Chef de Partie. In addition, they will be part of team to execute and produce exceptional standards of food. We are looking for candidates with previous Chef de Partie experience, and someone who will show absolute dedication to the role.
For our catering roles, a passion for cooking and experience working in professional kitchens is vital. You will also need to play an active role in ensuring food hygiene standards are maintained and the kitchens are kept in a safe condition at all times. Please note our Hotel kitchens are professional brigade kitchens.
