Chef de Partie (May to October)
Our client operates one of the finest holiday parks in the Highlands of Scotland. Surrounded by a stunning mountain landscape, their catering establishments, including a bar, cafe and snack van, utilise great local produce and offer a unique experience to both holiday makers and locals.
The seasonal salary is 400 per week, and the package includes a share in tips, meals on duty, accommodation and a seasonal bonus based on performance.
Chef de Partie - The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the kitchen team as a Chef de Partie from May 2017 to October 2017.
You'll need to be adept in working in a high pressure, busy kitchen, whilst maintaining an impeccable standard of service and ensuring the smooth running of your section.
This is a seasonal position available from early March through to early November.
With the right candidate, this role would develop into a long-term seasonal position.
Chef de Partie - The Ideal Candidate
- The candidate must have a minimum of two years experience working in a similar role in a busy kitchen environment.
- Able to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Have the ability to oversee your section of the kitchen and delegate tasks effectively
This is a rare and excellent opportunity for an up and coming chef to gain a wealth of experience whilst living and working in an idyllic location, nestled at the foot of Ben Nevis.
Accommodation can be provided as part of an excellent package for a cost of 30 per week.
