Our chefs have always delivered the highest quality food and treated our guests to a wonderful holiday. We hand pick our staff in personal one to one interviews.
All chefs would be required to cook a full breakfast, afternoon tea and a varied 3 course evening meal 6 days a week. Budgeting and shopping would be done once a week with cleanliness the utmost importance.
Although none of our chefs would be required to clean the guest bedrooms. The smaller chalets chefs should be prepared to help with the communal areas, lounge, diners, etc.
We do not solely look just for qualified chefs. If you have proven kitchen experience or attended a cookery school, we are happy to look at all cv’s
Head Chef: To head up a brigade including, assistant chefs, pastry chefs and kitchen porters. Making sure moral is kept high as well as food and hygiene standards.
Chalet Chefs; Often called “Chalet Hosts” by most companies. You will be solely in charge of all the cooking for anything from 6 to 24 guests. One of the most rewarding and challenging roles in the Alps. This role is ideal for someone who has passed a cookery school course or someone who has bistro cooking experience.
