We are actively seeking Chefs of all levels to come work in our superb beachfront hotels located in top European beachfront resorts. Whether you are looking for a short-term challenge or a career in the travel industry this fantastic role allows you to use and develop your professional skills in a fun and adventurous surroundings.

Working in the kitchens you will assist the other Chefs with food preparation and ensure all cooking duties within the kitchen are carried out responsibly. You will be a fundamental part of the day-to-day running of the kitchen. This superb role enables you to learn all aspects of how a kitchen works and develop new skills in a fun and adventurous surrounding. .

Do you have the skills to be a part of one of our kitchens? We've a strong management team that provides on-going support and training. There are opportunities to further develop your own skills and a development programme for career progression with the prospect to work year-round in one of our ski resorts during the winter months. Our winter programme operates from December through to April.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure high culinary standards and presentation of foods at all times for guests and staff
  • Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, stores and back of house areas
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen
  • Develop and create new recipes and menus
  • Prepare and cook guest breakfast, children's lunch and high tea and evening meals
  • Prepare and cook staff meals
  • Ensure you are inspirational to your team
  • Liaise with local suppliers
  • Stock control and management
  • Manage budgets whilst maintaining high standards
  • Assist with deliveries and stock control
  • Ensure HACCP records are maintained at all times

Essential Requirements

  • Health & Safety Food Hygiene certificates
  • 1 years' experience working in a kitchen
  • Implement HACCP procedures
  • UK/EU Passport holder
  • UK National Insurance Number
  • UK bank account
