CLUB Chalet Sous Chef
VIP SKI is looking for a sous Chef to work in our CLUB Chalet in Morzine. CLUB Chalets are designed to offer the convivial atmosphere of a larger shared chalet giving our guests the opportunity to meet other like-minded skiers or families. Our CLUB Chalets are reserved by the room, have a flexible menu plan, canape reception every evening, cleaning every day and priority ski hosting. CLUB holidays are intended to distill the very best of the celebrated club-hotel atmosphere but with the intimacy and exclusivity of a private chalet.
Our Sous Chef is required to assist the Head Chef in producing a 4 course menu on 6 nights a week as well as breakfast and afternoon tea. This job would suit a confident chef or cook who enjoys working as part of a team and would like to combine producing great food with lots of guest interaction.
Working as part of a small hosting team, you will be committed to providing the top level customer service that VIP SKI is known for. We cannot overstate the impact our CLUB Chefs and Hosts have to the success of our business and more importantly, the enjoyment of our guests' holiday.
