As Hotel Commis Chef you will make up part of the Chalet Hotel kitchen team catering for 30 to 200 guests.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen operation. You will ideally have a full working knowledge of all kitchen sections, including pastry. As Commis Chef you will be expected to prepare and assist in serving all meals the kitchen produces. You will gain excellent experience as all food is prepared from fresh on a daily basis.

As well as the skills related to your role you will also be required to assist with other physical duties such as deliveries, snow clearing, assisting with housekeeping, luggage and lifting. You will be expected throughout the season to fully support the Chalet Hotel and Child Care programmes in your resort.
