As a Commis Chef your responsibilities will include assisting the Head Chef in running the kitchen. You will help supervise other team members in the absence of the Head Chef and ensure that our high standards and procedures are maintained. With other chefs, you will provide excellent quality meals, presented to a high standard, for guests in one of our chalet hotels.
You need to be self-motivated and confident in your own abilities with excellent organisational, communication and inter-personal skills and the ability to work in a team.
As well as the general skills related to your role you will also be required to assist with other duties within the kitchens and Chalet Hotel; ensuring the smooth running of the Chalet Hotel is our priority.
