As a Neilson Chalet Chef you will be based in one of our exclusive Mountain Collection Chalets across our winter programme. You will be required to provide and deliver top quality catering service to our guests ensuring expected high standards are maintained.
Your key tasks will be to deliver a hearty cooked and continental breakfast and afternoon tea on a daily basis, plus a delicious three course evening meal six days a week. To follow the Neilson core menu plan and suggested recipes in accordance with pre-determined budget whilst always adhering to Health and Food hygiene regulations. Take full responsibility for shopping, ordering and accounting for the chalet, and to clean and maintain the chalet on a daily weekly and seasonal basis.
