Customer Operations Executive: Salary £17.5k 
We are seeking people who have a passion for skiing or boarding with excellent phone manner. It's a fun and vibrant company offering a fantastic incentive package and educational trips! It's a 7-month contract and they are offering a £17.5k salary.

Considerations
A normal week consists of 5 days and can include Saturday or Sundays.
During peak months (January and February), the role may involve working 6-day weeks with a day abck in lieu. Lieu days are to be aranged in agreement with your line manager.
Shifts will be on a rota basis after novmeber and spread between 8.30 and 19.30.
There will also be oppertuniteis to have nights away from home for promotional events or educationals.

Customer Operations Executive duties:
Conducting booking checks to ensure that all bookings are correct in a timely manner

Dispatch client documentation in an accurate and timely manner

Service customers amendments, cancelations and pre departure enquiries

Develop and distribute additional pre departure information to add value to the customers holiday experience.

Customer Operations Executive skills required:
A fantastic telephone manner
High levels of customer service
Positive attitude
An interest in skiing and snowboarding
A reasonable working knowledge of ski resorts
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook programs.
Team player
Attention to detail
