Seasonal work from August 2017 to February 2018 to work within Auchnacree House and Redheugh Lodge (both 9 bedrooms). During the shooting season a team of 4-5 Front of House and 4-5 housekeeping look after these properties and are managed by the Head Housekeeper. An average week in the shooting season consists of 3 or 4 shooting days, around a dozen are day shoots and the remaining dates (approx. 60 days) guests will be staying in the estate accommodation. The nature of these days when we have guests staying are early starts late finishes but there is time for breaks during the day . On non-shoot days planning and preparation work can be carried out within office hours and days off can be taken. We have no guests over Christmas. Individuals that is hardworking, well-mannered and versatile to adapt to the diverse styles of service required, practical skills and knowledge of food and beverage standards and procedures; the post holder must be able to respond positively to ever changing situations. Staff accommodation can be provided in a shared four bedroom property with a private bedroom and meals while on duty would be provided. Given the location a car driver would be preferred.
