Full & Part time Administrative Assistant – French speaking

Skiidy Gonzales are recruiting French speaking full and part time Administrative Assistants for Winter 17/18 to join our dynamic team, based in our Morzine office.

Responsibilities:

Responding to emails/phone calls and walk in clients' enquiries (confidence to do this in both English French is essential).

Making reservations and processing payments.

Communicating with other transfer companies and contract clients.

Other general admin tasks and assisting with daily operations as directed.

Specific Job Skills:

Fluency in English and French, other languages beneficial.

Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.

Customer service experience.

computer literate

Knowledge of the area and other ski resorts is an advantage.

Able to adapt and work in a fast paced and challenging office environment.

The job is initially from 4th December to 1st April, extending into April on reduced hours subject to demand and personal preference.

Full time: 35 hours per week (5 days)

Part time: 24/30 hours per week (4 days)

10.25€ per hour
