From the moment they arrive in resort until their departure, you will assume responsibility for our guests' well-being, ensuring that they have a fantastic and memorable holiday. We have an extremely high percentage of guests who return to us year on year and recommend our holidays to their friends. Your job is to help our team maintain these credentials and make sure our new guests want to return to Le Ski in the future.
You will be required to solve any problems that might arise, whether it is booking ski lessons or restaurant tables, taking a guest to the doctors or dealing with travel insurance claims. You will also need to work alongside and supervise ski hosts.
Guest requests and queries will keep you on toes so can impose on your free time, but you'll be happy to go out of your way to maintain our high standards of customer service. You will dine at least twice a week in a chalet, helping the hosts with service and clearing away.
