VIP SKI is looking for 2 talented and experienced chefs to run our kitchens in the Hotel Montjola in St Anton and Hotel Theodul in Lech, Austria. In both Hotels there is a maximum of 90 guests. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with cable flatscreen TV and WiFi. Most have balcony or terrace with spectacular views. You will be supported by the Austrian Executive Chef.
As our Head Chef you will be responsible for menu planning within a given budget and preparation and service of breakfast, afternoon tea and four course evening meal for up to 90 hotel guests. This will include the preparation of children's and staff meals and catering for all guest's special dietary requirements. You will also take responsibility for ordering, budgeting and dealing with suppliers as well as ensuring that the kitchen and storage areas are maintained in a safe and hygienic condition at all times
Managing a brigade of 3 Chefs and 3 Kitchen Porters, you will be committed to providing the top level customer service and high quality catering that VIP SKI is known for. We cannot overstate the impact our staff have to the success of our business and more importantly, the enjoyment of our guests' holiday.
