Our Head Chef's are responsible for leading their team of between 4 and 5 individuals, catering for up to 60 guests (in our largest unit).
You would be responsible for preparing breakfasts and afternoon teas of freshly baked cakes, and on 6 nights per week you would prepare a dinner party or bistro-style 3 course evening meal with vegetarian option.
We also have a busy lunchtime trade (in our largest unit), where another Head Chef would be placed.
You will be able to ski every afternoon.
You will have the chance to mix with our guests on an evening.
You will be provided with uniform, insurance, ski pass, accommodation, all food, performance bonus and travel to and from France.
You must be able to work with a menu plan within budget guidelines. Responsible for kitchen hygiene, ordering and stock control.
Formal qualifications are not a must, but experience in the catering trade in essential.
