The Hotels Manager/Front of House Manager is instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of Club Vass resort. You will be professional, organised and able to multitask whilst working long hours. This is a very varied role, which has duties ranging from hotel set up, to staff management, to liaising with Local suppliers, to shop management, to implementing new initiatives throughout the season. You will be a natural leader and motivator who will take charge of the team and inspire them to have a passion for what they do and to deliver the highest level of service.You will ensure that all problems within your resort are dealt with quickly and efficiently, and that nothing is ever too much trouble. Duties and Responsibilities: (this list is not exhaustive) Hotel management Shop Management Staff training, management Liaising with UK booking office for staff flights (John) Ensuring Transfer day has a smooth turn around Quality control (hotel)(shop) Customer Service, complaints handling Extras / Excursions sales and revenue streams Weekly Accounts and Office Admin Supervision of bar and restaurant operations and any related cash handling or finance systems when F&B manager isn’t on duty Supervision of kitchen operation and food quality when F&B manager isn’t on duty Implementing full health and safety controls for hotel Ensuring upkeep and maintenance of hotel rooms, grounds and pools Skills: Significant experience in hospitality management Proven track record in Customer Service skills Experience of “Seasonal start up” situations Excellent people management skills Excellent communication and organisational skills Extensive knowledge in Health & Safety and food hygiene Product knowledge Strong problem solving skills & excellent attention to detail Demonstrate ability to communicate accurately, clearly and concisely with the rest of the buisness Ability to meet deadlines Demonstrate ability to work effectively as a member of the team and proactively contribute to company goals Package: Return Flights Transfers Accommodation - Managers house (Private room) Three meals a day at the Club Salary: TBCGBP per week paid into your UK bank AC Monthly. One day off per week Use of all the windsurf equipment Staff discount on food, Beverages, and club Vass shop goods.
