We are actively seeking Head Chefs to come work in our superb chalet hotels located in top European ski resorts. Reporting to the Hotel Manager you’ll be responsible for the management, financial control and food hygiene practices within your kitchen. Becoming a Head Chef at Mark Warner is an excellent opportunity to manage your own kitchen, and as with all kitchens, the work can be demanding and you’ll need to be dedicated.

Do you have managerial skills and want to lead one of our kitchens? We’ve a strong management team that provides on-going support and training. There are opportunities to further develop your own skills and a development programme for career progression with the prospect to work year-round in one of our beach resorts during the summer months. Our winter programme operates from December through to April.
