Covering all reception duties within our Chalet Hotels providing a contact service for the guests
As a Hotel Receptionist you will be part of the Chalet Hotel’s management team, ensuring that the day to day running of reception meets our guest’s expectations.
You will be expected to take the lead in ensuring that our guests’ holidays run smoothly, meeting their requests and organising entertainment or external requirements including ski schools bookings and equipment hire for example.
You will have extremely good people skills, be calm and organised and be able to deal with problems in a professional manner. Your role will involve administration for the Hotel Manager and also include some accounts and cash handling work.
