We have an exciting role for a Key Accounts Sales Advisor responsible for maximising sales to all worldwide ski destinations in the Skiworld programme.

You will deliver all holiday experiences of the highest standard in terms of service, attention to detail and knowledge. You will be a passionate sales person with experience in tailor-making ski holidays and/or events management. You will have exceptional product knowledge and the desire to progress your career and contribute to the development of the growing product.

Overview of Objectives/Role: 

Maximise sales (income and passenger numbers) for all divisions in line with business targets ensuring quick responses to telephone calls, high standards of customer care and accurate data entry

Working within a specialist team your objective is to personally ‘account handle’ some of our key clients, particular focus is on proactive sales and exceptional customer service ensuring customer retention and early bookings shaping future revenue results.
