As a Kitchen Assistant/Night Porter you will be part of the Chalet Hotel team catering for between 40 to 200 guests.
As a key member of the team, you will be expected to support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen operation. You will be responsible for carrying out hygiene checks and stock taking and assisting in a smooth running service.
As Night Porter you will be responsible for manning the reception, cleaning and upkeep of communal areas, nightly watch and security, some hotel administration, stock checking and laundry checking.
