Full-time, permanent

We are working with a large training provider in the West Midlands who are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Instructor (Hydraulics) to join their engineering training team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a position at a longstanding and reputable training and education provider, who have a specialism in engineering skills. it is a full-time role, with general hours from 8am to 4:30pm. There is the potential to leave early on Fridays as well, as the centre closes at 1pm, although if there are duties that need to be done, you would be expected to be slightly flexible and stay to get this sorted.

The job role would consist of you training Engineering learners on their Hydraulics skills at their engineering training centre in the West Midlands. Most of the teaching would be based in their Mechanical Engineering workshop, although there may be a few more theoretical teaching sessions.

The starting salary for this position is between 28,000 and 32,000 per annum, which would also include a contributory pension, a health plan (including dental and optical contributions), and 34 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays).

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:

Do not worry if you do not already have a teaching qualification, as the training provider would be able to put you through this while you are on the job, as well as fully funding it for you.

I am looking to set up interviews as soon as possible, so if you are interested and available for interview, please reply with your CV and daytime contact number and I'll get back to you, or you can always call me on (Apply online only).
