You’ll be helping to make sure that the service our clients receive is nothing short of exceptional. Helping to create an unforgettable experience from the moment they arrive in resort to the moment they depart you’ll be helping to create that special holiday experience that makes them want to return to us year after year.

• Help keep our customers happy, deal with requests for info quickly and thoroughly
• Communicate new bookings/cancellations to suppliers
• Resolve over-bookings or unforeseen problems ensuring the right result for the customer
• Action bed stock modifications through a database – source extra beds when we need them
• Help departments such as Sales and Customer Service with accommodation queries
• Help our resort teams with any specific queries about a customer’s booking
• Maintain excellent supplier relationships and respond to their queries quickly and efficiently
• Ensure our website content is correct by liaising with our Resort and Content departments
• Play a role in airport operations or provide office support on a Saturday/Sunday for the resort and airport teams
