This role is essential in the fulfilment of our event and festival staffing contracts. For the majority of the Summer you will be based on site, leading operations teams at some of the largest festivals and events in the UK.

Roles & Responsibilities
WHEN ON SITE:
- On-site event management - staffing
- Line management of operations assistants whilst at events
- On-site client liaison
- Management of up to 500 temporary staff at event
- On-site point of contact for temporary staff
- Post-event reporting / debrief with office based staffing team
- Responsible for the storage, maintenance and cleaning of onsite equipment (vehicles, tablets, gazebos etc.)
WHEN IN OFFICE:
- Event planning – logistics & operations – travel, accommodation etc. • Post event debrief
- Client liaison / management
- Booking temporary staff

We’ve also supplied at many events & festivals including; British Summer Time, Bestival, Electric Picnic, Elrow, Isle Of Wight, RiZE Festival, Leeds & Reading, Festival Number 6, Download, Glasgow Summer Sessions, TRNSMT, Oktoberfest events... We’ve supplied anywhere from 10 to 1500 staff on each occasion.
