Skiworld are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Assistant to join our Recruitment team at the London head office.
This is a full time role on a year's contract starting in mid-December which would suit a highly organised person with a superb attention to detail. The ideal candidate would have a naturally gregarious personality, be a good judge of character and have the conviction to make good decisions when necessary. Some ski season experience with a tour operator is highly beneficial.
You’ll be mainly involved in the recruitment of all overseas ski season staff, with particular responsibility for recruiting chalet staff, lodge staff, maintenance staff and resort hosts. This will include screening and interviewing candidates, as well as assisting with all subsequent correspondence and logistics.
In addition, the role provides support to the HR department in an administrative capacity to ensure the efficient day to day running of the department. These duties include responding to enquiries, managing some social media platforms, coordinating travel arrangements and competitor analysis.
