About the Role

Our Pilates instructors are part of a dedicated health and beauty Salon, consisting of a Salon Manager and Beauty Therapists. The job role involves daily hands on group client instruction in our outdoor studios including one to one teaching, plus promoting Pilates to all our guests across the hotel environment. We recruit year round for enthusiastic instructors with a professional manner to provide excellent customer service, hold team values and have the ability and experience in achieving targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • To provide outstanding Pilates Tuition to all guests
  • To ensure high feedback from classes ensuring the high standards at met.
  • To show competence in the ability to hit targets set by your salon manager on a weekly and seasonal basis
  • To promote the Pilates service throughout resort.
  • To assist in maintaining of the spa rooms and other work areas in a professional manner that includes stocking trolleys and cleaning all areas.
    • To aid your salon manager in cashing up and reconciling payments when and where requested.
    • Work as part of the team in all aspects of your hotel /seasonal life
    • To provide reception cover within the spa, when necessary through your working week

Abilities and Skills

  • Hard working
  • Present a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • Ability to carry out tasks efficiently

Essential Requirements

  • Recognised Pilates Qualification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a target driven environment
  • UK/EU Passport holder
  • UK National Insurance Number
  • UK bank account
