Are you looking for rewarding and challenging role?We are offering a 24-month contract spending your winter skiing on some of the best pistes in the Alps and your summer in one of the most exclusive polo resorts in Southern Spain.

We are looking for confident, passionate individuals who have a nothing is too much trouble attitude along with great people skills and a desire to deliver 5* customer service.

As a Ski Manager you will be responsible for organising all aspects of our ski guiding programme along with providing a safe and enjoyable ski guiding day for all levels of skiers.  We are looking for individuals who are comfortable on the mountain and dedicated to providing high levels of customer service, helping our clients to get the most out of their ski holiday.

In the summer this role will be responsible for assisting with the planning and day -to-day running of our luxury Polo Valley resort.  You will assist with orchestrating the overall guest experience at Polo Valley. The range of duties and responsibilities will vary from completing the most basic chores (to the very highest standards) to hosting the clients through their Polo Valley experience. The role is suited to individuals who love delivering an exceptional level of customer service as well as having a keen eye for detail and a passion for perfection.

Requirements:

·         Full Clean Driving licence

·         Strong ski ability, confident on all runs (min 20 weeks).

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Adaptable resourceful, patient and diplomatic.
  • Organised and professional
  • Team player essential.
  • Good IT knowledge, including all Microsoft products.
  • Spanish Language skills (desirable).
  • Must be 21 years old or over.

Package:

  • Accommodation

  • Return flights and transfers
  • Ski Pass (winter)
  • Ski and boot hire (winter)
  • Uniform
  • Travel Insurance
  • Competitive Resort Staff Salary
  • Performance related End of Season Bonus.

You will spend December – April in the Alps and May to October in Sotogrande, Spain with time off in-between seasons as well opportunity for future longer-term employment.
