Chalet Host / Housekeeper
We are recruiting for a luxury 5 Star Chalet located in the picturesque French village of Chatel, part of the extensive Porte Du Soleil. With its impressive services and facilities on offer including an indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, cinema and fine wine cellar, this is arguably the most luxurious Chalet in the valley. This independently run Chalet is now currently seeking a Chalet Host/ Housekeeper for the 2015/2016 winter season.

The right candidate will have previous experience in a hospitality or hotel role and be highly customer service driven. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, willingness to go that much extra and have the passion and drive for this challenging, hands on role.
Recent experience in the hospitality or hotel industry or similar role.
Dining experience preferred however training will be given.
Exceptional delivery of customer service to a 5 star standard.
Extremely high work standards.

Organised, reliable and punctual.
Stamina and willingness to go the extra mile.
Positive and great staff relationships.

Delivering a daily professional chalet housekeeping service.
Managing and cleaning chalet bedrooms.
Washing, ironing and storing of chalet laundry and staff uniforms.
Controlling stock of linen, toiletries and beauty products.
Daily cleaning of various chalet facilities.
Assisting guests with any general queries or special requests.
Assisting with dining and breakfast service, washing up and relaying table.
Assisting other staff members in their roles.
Additional responsibilities on other staff member’s day off.
Identifying other maintenance, health and safety issues.
Transport to and from resort.
Portes Du Soleil season pass.
Ski/ Snowboard hire.
Job training and development.
