 What You will be doing:

  • Source, negotiate and contract 160 seasonal apartments to house our staff, ensuring they meet local legislative requirements.
  • Build excellent relationships with our chalet and accommodation suppliers so we’re in a position to develop our product and resolve issues promptly whilst mitigating costs
  • Monitor and report on the completion of our due diligence procedures by our resort teams, so we are compliant in all legal aspects of our chalet business
  • Organise pre-season supplier and maintenance checks in our chalets as require
  • Liaise with the local authorities to ensure we have the relevant licences to run our chalets
  • Submit our guest tax declarations to the relevant authorities
  • Check chalet and staff accommodation supplier invoices, and send for payment
  • Collate, log & report on all chalet and staff accommodation safety and hygiene-related paperwork – whether digital or paper-based - generated by resort teams


What we are looking for:

  • You’re fluent in French and English, and comfortable with verbal and written communication in both languages
  • You’re great at working with other people – with enthusiasm! Including every member of staff from office to resort as well as suppliers and customers
  • You’re chatty and personable – you build rapport quickly with all types of people of all ages or position within the company
  • You manage your time really well and your attention to detail is high, always producing work to a great standard
  • You’re self-motivated and able to work on your own. Taking the initiative comes naturally to you
  • Your communication style is clear and concise
  • You relish using your influencing skills to build and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and chalet owners
  • You’re used to working with technology and are confident working with Outlook, Excel and Word
