Representatives Manager ~ France and Austria

 

Working in one of our top ski resorts and reporting to the Resort Manager, the position holds ultimate responsibility for all resort operations including all transfer planning, sales and service levels and including a quality control and health and safety remit. You will be fully conversant with the complex role undertaken by a Resort Ski Representative and be able to manage, lead and motivate a team of Representatives to deliver the highest standards of service and care to our valued guests, whilst delivering excellent sales results.

Previous experience of tour operations in ski is vital to ensure all operational and logistical planning is efficient and cost effective whilst delivering a seamless and memorable holiday experience to our guests. You will have the ability to build and grow supplier relationships whilst engaging in the quality control of product and other ancillary services. Experience of the chalet and/or chalet hotel concept is desirable.

You will work closely with your team, assisting when difficulties arise and ensuing that all members of the team are motivated to perform to the peak of their abilities. You will also be involved in the continuous coaching and mentoring of your Representatives, understanding that staff welfare is paramount in delivering the highest standards of care to our guests.

You must have previous management experience, be target motivated and keen to further your career in tour operations. You will need to demonstrate excellent problem solving and customer service skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and Word skills and have exceptional organisational skills. A good conversational level of French and or German is preferred whilst a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure essential.
