Responsible to: Resort Manager & UK Accounts Manager
Responsible for: Resort accounts and chalet budgets

This role is varied and challenging, and for the right candidate it will offer the unique opportunity to manage the resort accounts for the company. With previous accounting and ideally seasonal experience, you will be highly organised and efficient with a flexible and proactive approach to your work. Maintaining great relationships with suppliers is vital, the ideal individual will:

  • Process lift pass payments, resort supplier's invoices, make payments and reconcile purchase ledger accounts.
  • Keep track of cash or card payments and liaise with the UK office to manage weekly resort cash flow.
  • Oversee chalet stock levels and food orders to minimise food wastage and over ordering. Weekly reconciliation of chalet accounts; update the company system and ensure chalets are within allocated budgets and tackle any areas of concern
  • Assist the Resort Manager and Chalet Managers in general ad hoc duties such as recycling, driving resort vehicles and helping to cover sick or injured chalet staff etc.
