Responsible for the day to day customer service delivery in our ski resorts.
Our Representatives are the face of the company on guests’ arrival so you will be friendly, professional, hardworking and conscientious with excellent organisational and communication skills.
No two days are the same as a resort representative; working independently or as a part of a team across the European Alps and Lapland, you will be tasked to provide excellent standards of guests service and care.
Your responsibilities will include assisting the Resort Manager with guest welfare and enhancing the customer experience across our Partner Hotel, Chalet Hotel and Chalets program. As a Representative your main role will be to accompany transfers, to hold informative welcome meetings, organise lift passes, ski school and ski hire sales, ski hosting and running après events and activities.
