As a Neilson Resort Supervisor you will be the key to our success overseas. This is a very challenging and rewarding position and you will be expected to: -
Hold several years of overseas ski experience in all aspects of operations and hospitality.
A strong background in financial budgeting.
A proven track record in generating resort income to it's maximum potential.
Strong communication skills to maximise working relations between both the UK team and overseas teams/suppliers.
Full knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point, combined with the ability to learn new company reporting/financial programs, to ensure that minimum expenditure and maximum revenue is achieved in all areas.
Excellent managerial skills with the ability to work on your own initiative at all times.
Develop key managerial staff through regular P.D.R's, objectives and feedback.
Take a fun and energetic but professional 'hands on' approach to ensure that the gateway functions to its optimum in all aspects.
Have worked in a winter resort previously in either a chalet host or ski representative role, or experience in running a team of chalet hosts or ski representatives.
