BRASSERIE CHEF

We are currently recruiting for a chef to work in a brand new building in St. Anton, with 28 luxury apartments and a Brasserie-style restaurant inside the building - aimed to offer a service to the people staying there. We are looking for a Head and Sous Chef to work with the support of a Commis/KA, and you will be providing a breakfast and dinner service. In the rest of the property, there is a restaurant team, housekeeping team, reception team, spa and driver team - about 15 staff in total. Ideally you will have a restaurant background and you will be required to get involved with menu planning, ordering (which will all be delivered) etc. as well as managing the kitchen and all aspects of the catering.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Catering for 80 - 120 covers plus staff
  • Tailoring to the guests and dietary requirements
  • Responsible for offering breakfast and evening meals
  • Maintaining food hygiene, general health & safety standards in the brand new kitchen and dining areas
  • Managing ordering, deliveries and budgeting

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Head chef with previous seasonal experience. 
  • Hands on chef with the ability to lead a team
  • Passion about food
  • Team player
