As Restaurant Manager, working in one of our larger Hotels, your primary responsibility will be for all front of house aspects of the restaurant's operation. Your team will be motivated by your enthusiasm as you supervise their training and development. You will liaise with suppliers and monitor guest feedback as well as ensuring that dietary requirements and seating arrangements, as specified on booking manifests, are met. You will add to your guests' experience selling such additions as wine upgrades and packed lunch options. The service you and your team offer to your guests will be polished and professional.
A beautifully presented and smoothly organised restaurant will be testament to the pride you put into your work and your depth of experience. As Restaurant Manager you will therefore need to be an independent, determined team worker who possesses excellent communication skills and is comfortable with responsibility and meticulous in your organisation.
As well as the skills related to your role you will also be required to assist with other physical indoor and outdoor duties throughout the season and ensure that you fully support the Chalet Hotel and Child Care programmes.
