The recently formed digital and marketing team builds the toolset that helps Crystal and Thomson Lakes & Mountains customers choose, and then experience, the best possible holidays for them. We're a functionally diverse team, encompassing content and merchandising experts, data analysts, and product and brand managers. We work with colleagues and suppliers around the UK and in Ireland, France, Italy and beyond - so pack your bags, you may need to travel.What You Will Be DoingLeading the end-to-end creative process of the in-house design team ensuring all work created is delivered on time, to budget and to brand standards.Managing a small team and creating inspiring and innovative ideas for integrated campaigns to include display advertising, homepage takeovers and banners, YouTube animations and sponsorship bumpers, as well as traditional elements like outdoor and press, email templates, and in-resort experiential branding.Managing the annual print brochure production cycle including page layout.Overseeing the continued development of our brand creative guidelines, raising creative standards, introducing new processes, tools and technologies when appropriate.. Strong creative talents, great organisational and communication skills and a willingness to get stuck in.. Several years commercial experience working in print and digital design.. Brand enthusiast, with a talent for delivering innovative, memorable campaigns.. Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite - Adobe Flash (knowledge of Action Script), InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and HTML5 animation. Competent with Apple OS, Windows an advantage.. Experience of Content Management Systems and automated page production advantageous.. Understanding of printing processes including web, sheet-fed and digital.. A passion for skiing / mountain / active holidays.
