Joining the TUI Destination Experiences (TUI DX) Management Team as Senior Service Deliver Manager - Chalets, you will be responsible for leading a highly engaged team of Team Managers and their customer facing teams in a defined area within Crystal Ski chalet destinations. Further, you will lead an operational team, building relationships with suppliers and ensure the best possible product for our customers.

You will be responsible and accountable to deliver KPIs and ensure a consistent service across Crystal’s chalet programme. In partnership with your Manager you will be implementing initiatives which will Create Smiles and Make Destination Experiences Special.

What you will be doing:


With guidance from your Manager you will build and lead a high-performing team of Team Managers to deliver market leading service and commercial results across the chalet product. Whilst learning on-the-job, you will become the major point of contact with regards to Chalet Service Delivery and will ensure excellent Guest Experience, Compliance and Chalet Operation.  


You will work closely with your Manager to identify and implement initiatives that drive performance within the chalet product. Managing the Crystal Chalet Program, you’ll be quite hands on, supporting, coaching and driving your team’s performance, negotiating contracts and key contact for suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring your team are working compliantly within local legislation. Already an Ambassador of TUI DX, you will enjoy building supplier relationships leading the team, negotiating contracts and managing chalet operations.


In your role, you will need to be passionate about the ongoing transition and challenges of the TUI DX culture, people, back-office processes and technology, consistently looking for ways to drive the chalet product forward using financial, KPI and customer feedback.


You will agree clear lines of responsibility and accountability from the outset whilst working harmoniously to demonstrate a united leadership front as well as assist with financial income, forecasting, budgeting and expenditure of Crystal Ski Chalet operation.



What we are looking for:


  • A hands-on, intelligent and experienced Manager capable of engaging and leading a team of managers
  • Extensive experience of working in the hospitality industry, ideally in an Alpine environment
  • A consistent high-performer and demonstrable track record in the delivery of service, revenue and commercial KPIs
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, proven negotiation and product development skills
  • A positive, passionate and determined individual who loves everything about TUI DX and what it has to offer
  • Rapid problem-solving skills and ability to deal with situations under-pressure
  • A professional, diplomatic and respectful Manager to help ensure exceptional relationship management
  • Receptive to regular feedback and will take responsibility for own development
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
  • You’re an advanced in your verbal and written French language skills
