Chalet and Apartment Rentals is a growing company specialising in self-catered ski accommodation rentals within the world famous 3 Valleys ski area in the French Alps. 


We understand how important ski holidays, and the lifelong memories they create, are to our clients.  We commit ourselves to ensuring every one of our guests gets to experience their perfect ski holiday. As a Resort Rep you can help us to achieve this goal.


As a Resort Rep with Chalet and Apartment Rentals you will be based in the Meribel office in the 3 Valleys, with the opportunity for the right candidate to be offered a permanent job following successful completion of the winter season. This role is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to work in an expanding and dynamic company.



What you will be doing


As a Resort Rep you will be the face of the company, you will have the opportunity to provide guests with the best service from the moment they book until they leave resort.


Key responsibilities:

  • Visiting properties and updating relevant documentation e.g. Property Information Sheets.

  • Advising guests on holiday extras such as ski hire, lift passes, airport transfers, and catering.

  • Liaising with key stakeholders e.g. property owners, cleaning services and property maintenance providers to ensure each property is ready for guests.

  • Building and maintaining key relationships with our in-resort partners eg Ski rental companies and ski schools.

  • Updating social media promotions on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram

  • Managing lift pass bookings and payments as well as distributing pre-booked lift passes

  • Handling guest issues and complaints

  • Meeting and greeting guests as they arrive in resort


As a member of a small dynamic team, you need to be flexible and assist with other areas of the business as and when required.


What we are looking for

  • As a people person you will have excellent working and communication skills with experience of interacting with a diverse range of people 

  • You should be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own, decision making and using your initiative will be one of your strengths     

  • Possess excellent organising and prioritising skills to meet deadlines

  • Have a proactive approach, be flexible and enthusiastic 

  • A gregarious type person happy to be the first point of contact for guests

Personal Specification


  • Minimum educational requirement: Educated to A-Level standard plus two years relevant experience or business-related degree 2.2 or above

  • Full clean driving licence

  • High level of written and spoken English


  • Experience in customer service and sales

  • Experience working in a ski resort

  • French Language skills

  • Passion for winter sports





Competitive salary plus uncapped commission as well as:
