As part of your role, you’ll be responsible for turning leads into dreams in our Brighton HQ and making sure we get the right customers onto the right slopes.
Ski Beat are a successful family friendly tour operator with 30 years’ experience and a reputation for excellent customer service and our warm home-from-home welcome. We specialise in catered chalet holidays to snow-sure French alpine resorts, and are currently expanding our UK head office in central Brighton (only a short stroll from the beach!).
The Brighton office is responsible for all Ski Beat bookings, from the initial enquiry and holiday reservations, through to analysing customers feedback. We hold ourselves to a very high standard in terms of customer experience, innovative thinking and business performance.
We are currently recruiting for permanent, full-time positions, with an immediate start date. You’ll work as part of a small team of like-minded snow lovers who are passionate about ski and love to close a sale. We love to deliver great customer experiences and you will too!
As with all small teams, you’ll be required to flexible and dig in to help out in any way we need. This can be a diverse list and is sure to keep you on your toes. From updating websites to getting deep into some market research and competitor analysis we’re always looking to give ourselves an edge.
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running so it would be an advantage if you have previous ski sales experience.
