Our medium-sized sales floor is full of passionate staff, most with a ski season or two under their belt, who are hugely passionate about ensuring our clients get the best holiday possible and seamless service to go with it.
The job is very rewarding; you will find yourself responding to a call, email or enquiry from a client who wants help with their next winter holiday and to benefit from the advice and experience you can provide. Due to our training, familiarisation trips and the amount of time we spend in ski resorts, we can use our extensive knowledge to recommend the right property in the right resort. Understanding our clients needs, sharing our knowledge and getting feedback after a brilliant trip really brings a huge amount of job satisfaction.

Salary: £18,000-£20,000 + uncapped commission
1st year expected earnings of £25,000
Full-time permanent position
We are looking for motivated, driven individuals who are passionate about skiing and snowboarding with a real drive to succeed and make the most of our uncapped commission structure – our top sales consultants earn in excess of £40,000 annually.
First and foremost, you will be looking after your own client list, utilising our in-house software and actively selling on the phone (and by email) to match your client’s requirements with the perfect holiday – with the support of our senior consultants and team leaders, of course. You will be expected to utilise all resources to ensure that every enquiry is treated appropriately and has the potential to convert into a sale, helping clients throughout the booking process and ensuring they receive information and assistance of the highest standards. The end goal is that clients come back from their winter trip having had an experience that exceeds all expectations.
- A basic knowledge of the ski industry and some resorts
- A passion for skiing
- Strong communication skills
- A good telephone manner
- Good organisation and time management skills
- A drive to succeed and convert enquiries into bookings
- Self-motivated to exceed client expectations and personal targets
- Proficient written English and numeracy skills
- Previous experience working in the Alps
- Previous experience in a sales role, particularly within the winter sports industry
