Ski Sales Consultant 

The UK’s number one ski travel agency is looking for enthusiastic sales consultants to join it’s award winning team. For over 20 years Iglu ski has been offering the widest choice of ski holidays to the UK market. Our team based in Wimbledon have experience in almost all of the 60 ski resorts we feature - live and breathe ski. You can meet the Iglu Ski experts here

Along with our sister companies, Iglu Cruise and Planet Cruise we are one of the fastest growing travel companies in the UK providing lots of opportunities for development within the company.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who already have experience or are looking to develop their customer service and sales skills in a winter ski environment. We’re looking for seasonal staff for the 2018/19 winter season who are target driven and passionate about delivering great service in a fast paced environment.

We offer a competitive sales based salary with a simple commission structure with uncapped commission and earnings package up to £30k for our seasonal staff – our permanent staff can expect to make upwards of £45k. On top of this overtime is readily available, PLUS extra incentives and educational visits.

 

Key Responsibilities and required skills;  

·       Exceed KPIs and targets – Daily, weekly and monthly

·       Deliver exceptional customer service in line with business targets

·       Proactively chase sales leads ensuring contact with all customers

·       Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails

·       Support team members and ensure you are a team player

·       Take ownership and responsibility for problem solving and query resolution

·         Ensure integrity when collecting client data

·         Maximising upselling and margin opportunities

·         Experience in call centre / customer service environment

·         Good organisational skills and attention to detail

·         Knowledge of the ski holidays and resorts

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

·         A willingness to develop knowledge and skills
